About me

Build what you want, without limitations

Ever since I first got behind the wheel of a car I knew I found my new calling, the idea of building up your car into something incredibly unique and head-turning always seemed like fun to me. So I worked my ass off for a few summers and bought my first car, an 06 mustang gt. I was in love with it and was ready to start modding it asap. Unfortunately at the time I was just a kid in high school and could not afford the insanely high pricetags that most body kits for my mustang had, as I got older and more skilled I still was annoyed about this problem. Anytime I was able to afford the body kit I wanted it would either increase in price or would become sold out and impossible to get.

Enter 3d printing, I was employed by a manufacturing company that wanted me in their experimental 3d printing department- within minutes I realized how much this could change the automotive industry if more gearheads knew about this tech. I got home as quickly as possible and dug up a previously unused 3dprinter that I had bought a while back. It took me a while to get the hang of it again but before I knew it I had completely immersed myself in 3d printing and how to use it for developing car parts. All the plastic, techniques, and methods to create durable and accurate parts that would finally allow me to build up my car into the dream build that I had always wanted. This started the long 8-month journey to create the previously unattainable saleen body kit rear end for my 06 gt from my apartment

My goal is to close the gap between the ambitious young builder and the car he wants to create, using affordable tools and constraints for space you should still be able to build what you want even in your apartment

In this blog I reveal to you all the information that I have learned while I developed my body kit for myself and how you can use it to make your own, I go through all the trial and error so you can learn from my mistakes and get to building sooner. I offer all this information for free as I want you to understand the process as well as I do and see what I see in this technology
